Leadership Research
We are currently involved in a not-for-profit public sector research project addressing the topic of leadership within local authorities.
We would be interested in hearing your views. Are leaders born or made? Does the public sector require transformational or transactional models of leadership? Is there a leadership deficit in our town and county halls? Would directly elected leaders or Mayors provide a solution?. Is there an appetite for change?
